The Company is advised by a number of well-known investors and business practitioners.
Mr. Xuegang Yang is the Chairman of Risun Holding Co., Ltd., a company with annual revenue of 3 billion USD in 2010. Risun Holding Co., Ltd., through its subsidiaries, engages in the production and sale of coke chemicals in China. It serves various industries, including steel manufacturing, chemicals, energy, and aluminum. The company was founded in 1995 and is based in Beijing, China.
Mr. Hillman is one of the founders of FTL Capital Partners LLC, a merchant banking company. He presently continues daily involvement for this strategic management and consulting firm. Mr. Hillman also co-founded and serves as board member of Announce Media LLC. Mr. Hillman is also the owner and a director of FTL Finance, a specialty home improvement finance company. He serves on the Board of Advisors of HealthPoint Capital LP, a New York based private equity firm that specializes within the Orthopedics and Dental Implant business. He is currently a Director of Story Stores, LLC.
In the past, Mr. Hillman served on the board of directors of Hoover's Inc. He was the Chairman of the nominating committee and a member of the audit committee. "HOOV" is an internet content company and was sold to Dun and Bradstreet in 2003. Mr. Hillman has invested in a variety of private business enterprises, where he was an active partner and catalyst for profitable growth and development.
Henry (Hank) Kroeger
Mr. Kroeger built one of the largest ($120 million) independent field marketing, sales and training companies in the U.S., whose services were contracted by some of the early pioneer start-ups in the computer component, hardware and software industry. Some of Mr. Kroeger's clients include Intel, Apple, Sony, Shugart, and Great Plains.
Mr. Raskas was the CEO of Raskas food, a privately held family business from 1980 until 2002, when the company was sold. During that time, he implemented an organizational development plan that brought a strong professional management team to the company and grew sales from $20MM to $185MM.
Since May 2005, Mr. Raskas has served as the President of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis. Mr. Raskas was born in St. Louis, received his B.S. in Life Sciences from M.I.T. in 1962 and his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Harvard University in 1967.
Mr. Harrington, Managing Director of the Skandalaris Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at Washington University in Saint Louis and a Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship, serves on numerous not-for profit and early stage company advisory boards. With his leadership, Washington University's entrepreneurship programs have received broad recognition, one of the most notable being selection as one of the first Marion Ewing Kauffman Foundation's Campuses Initiative schools.
After attaining an MBA from Wharton at the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Harrington worked for Booz, Allen and Hamilton in New York, focusing on technology strategy consulting for such clients as AT&T, United Technologies, Stanford University and numerous other technology hardware and software companies. Following this experience, he spent nearly 20 years founding or growing seven technology start-up businesses.
